It is very difficult to recover an account that you have no way to verify.

Without access to email and phone number associated with your Facebook account, it's impossible. Contacting Facebook could be the only option but it's hard to get your request entertained

The problem is that I forgot the email with which I created the account and apparently they even offered me the email but I forgot the password

If you still have gmail, you can still get it back.
