I just created the web ... I want to create a page to send files ... but I don't find a suitable plugin ... can anyone help me ...

I assume you're using wordpress right?

i'm pretty sure the web was created long before you came along, maybe wrong though

You can use the WP Download Manager plugin to handle such requests.

Send the files from where to where?

Can you show an example from a similar site so we better know what you're trying to accomplish?

from webpage to e-mail. form of doc / pdf or something else

yes I use it but the file is not sent to email.

You can use CF7 to send an email with attachment with the file that is uploaded on the form.

Like contact page right?

If it's like that use "contact form 7" plugin.
