Recommend me a good Video WP Theme

I am about to set up a video WP site, I want to host all of the video content myself. i.e not rely on YT. Hopefully this will give me much more control over the way the video appears. I would also like some user user control over the sizeing of the video, does such a video wordpress theme exist???

ElegantThemes have one good looking video wp theme but it's specifically designed for video hosted on youtube.

If you have basic on coding you may tweak it ;D
