Thats great. Hopefully she can put in as much effort as possible into making the salon run itself. But in the meantime, videos like you mentioned would be good either to promote her own salon on social media or what about starting a page dedicated to doing what shes done - going freelance as a beauty specialist and then opening up your own salon - if she could build up a following for this, she could sell a private coaching program or online tuition? Lots of people are doing that on Instagram in various different niches and I think it can be pretty profitable because to most people getting to the point where you can open your own salon probably seems impossible.

Also, even she positions herself as an authority like that (an authority in her niche) then it would be beneficial to her business as well because it makes her look professional, experienced and will attract more clients to her own salon.

Why not teach this thing? Grow following on social media in same beauty niche and the offer courses. I saw a girl creator who did one year challenge, went viral and now has launched here course now.

You can create videos of nail art or hairstyling and upload them to social networks. This way, you can attract targeted traffic.
