I would definitely would go with crypto.

With paypal stelath account there is always the danger to get blocked and keep your funds, specially big amounts will trigger their notice.

OP, use this approach:
  • Receive bitcoin to your electrum wallet (because it's easy to other guy to buy bitcoin than monero)
  • Exchange bitcoin to monero on exchange #1, and withdraw money to your monero wallet
  • Wait some time (1-7 days)
  • Exchange monero to bitcoin on exchange #2, and withdraw it to your another electrum wallet
  • Exchange bitcoin to cash through localbitcoins

Important notes:
  • Use whonix operation system to hide you IP from exchange sites
  • Use different emails/user-agents/etc for your one-time accounts on exchange 1 and exchange 2
  • Read reviews about exchange sites you want use, some of them loves accept your money and then ask to make selfie, require verification and other surprises

Any crypto(bitcoin,monero,zcash... i see you are thinking that they are not anonymous but there is literally nothing that can connect that money with you) and then exchange it in some local crypto exchange for cash, no id, no bullshits.
 
Doing this stuff sometimes, I can give some advices.

You can use cryptocurrency. Bitcoins. You'll say : yeah it's not full anonymous. Yes, but, just google "bitcoin mixer" and you will understand.

You can also use anonymous VCC (Virtual Credit Card) and VBA (Virtual Bank Account). Yes, you can have them anonymously and pay with Bitcoins, to keep your anonymity.

You can also buy paypal accounts already verified and then buy amazon gift cards, prepaid debit cards etc with that.

Finally, you can use any escrow service with bitcoins : Someone pay you (Money goes to the escrow), then the escrow pays you. With this, the money has been "cleaned".
 
Monero is 100% anon? You guys need to do some research on it.

Hi, you can create an account in freelance website (fiverr, upwork etc.) ,Create a service there and ask the man who is going to pay you to purchase that service.
