What's the best recaptcha solver API in 2018?

Do any of the APIs allow you to upload a screenshot of each step of the recaptcha?

I've searched the forum and found some recs from 2017, but want to see what the current state-of-the-art is and what works with the newest recaptcha version.

well i'm using 2captcha and anti-captcha, second one is new trend in captcha world so far I know, check maybe it helps you.

Last time I did some captcha work, deathbycaptcha allowed to upload "steps". Tho I think that all service charge you per identification/upload and not just per step.
