Lol, what kind of person can't install an anti virus? Even my 70 year old grand mother can do it. Only thing to do is call Paypal. I never use paypal for selling so not sure, but I heard they are strongly biased towards the buyer so good luck.

my advice:
1. always record you calls and advice the client youre recording when the call starts that way you arent doing nothing wrong
2. always send a email with services and prices and tell you will work after receive a email with autorization
with this youre able to solve issues like that without problems

Argh.. Not good you don't record your phone calls when you do deals over the phone(That is pretty stupid, sorry).
What you can do now is to sent him an invoice on the money he agreed to over the phone, and pretend you have it on record. Just write something that he is obligated to pay this and this.. and that a oral "contract" is as binding as a paper contract.

Okay surely i will be doing this thing from now.. I have installed the call recorder into all of my system. So from now i will be having the proper proofs... i wish if i could do this all before.

Hi Guys. I just called to paypal and they said they can not do anything.. My account is permanently banned. Anything can be done now??

I am surprised that Paypal banned your account permanently for just 2 unauthorized transactions. Did you also had more disputes in the past? How much total money you had in your account?

Yes they banned it.. And said it will never be left.. It was like $300 already in my account.. and i charged 220$ from this guy who chargedback.. So total of 520$
