Really Serious Issue.. i'm in damm shit..

Hi Guys,

Today is a worst day for me... Let me tell you what happened. I'm a online technician. I provide online solutions for computers. Yesterday i called one of my customer who was facing some problem with his computer. I solved that and informed that there will be a $100 charge and for that he will be getting 1 year technical support from our side. He was ok with that. Then i took his authorization to charge that $100 from paypal. And i did that. Then he said he need an antivirus for this computer as well. I gave him a paid antivirus license for next 3 years in just $120. Then again i asked him if he was ok to pay $120. He said ok. I again charged 120$ from his account through paypal. Now today he just called to paypal and asked for refund and said that two transactions were unauthorized. What the fuck. Paypal putted those two transaction on hold and there was some money in my account as well. That is also being putted as reserved.. What the hell should i do now????


Please need your suggestions urgently.

Give paypal a call, tell them what happened. THey have some really engaged support staff members. They will tell you exactly where do you stand.

I work for myself.. :( and i dont have any idea what to do.
 
Do you think this is gonna help me... and to be very honest a purchased that software for $100 and sold it for $120 only. So i had earned just $20. and now i'm gonna pay around $500 for that $20..

Yes.. Now he is saying.. I was not informed and i lost my paypal as well it seems.. right?

i'm from india and its; 3:38 AM here... i can't call untill 9:00 Am.. and that ass hole is not ready to payback.

Yes i have his proper address.. Even He was totally ok with payment yesterday .. Don't know what happened to him now.. But he fucked me really hard... A very big loss... I'm ready to refund him.. But i just need my paypal account and the money which was already there only.
 
And can i refund him right away without adding funds into my account??? The money i have charged from his account is still in my paypal and paypal putted it on hold.
 
Since you did a service for him, you have a receipt right? If so, scan it and when you call PP, tell them that you are ready to send them a scanned copy of the receipt.

If you didn't write one, now you know a reason to always write one for anything you bill for.

In either case, as others have said, call PP.

Okay.. I will call to paypal.. i did online work so i don't have any receipt.. i was going to give him receipt on monday as our account department was on leave.. And can i get my paypal account back to normal if i refund his money.. I dont care about some $100-$200.. but i really need my paypal account back.
 
i dont think you can do much about this maybe calling paypal to explain you will refund money just to get your account back, also if you have receipts or some bill scann it as proof too. but in no way you shoudnt login to his account. he can say someone hacked him or anything and i think they will more believe to him than you, so maybe you can also lose your account now. ane what if he gave u hacked account, how can u just login to them like that. be more carefull bro and dont trust your customers alot, i hope u solve it.

I worked on his computer through team viewer. and he paid by himself to me through paypal. I just entered my email id and amount there. rest everything he did by himself and now that asshole is saying that he was not informed that money will be charged... There were lots of viruses into his computer. Windows was just about to die. I spent around 3 hours on his coumputer. and in result that son of bitch said he was not informed. Who will spend 3 hours on your computer free of cost.
 
There is nothing you can do about unauthorized payments. If Paypal doesn't change this stupid policy, more and more people will buy products from us, marketers, and then open a case for unauth payment. This just sucks man..

Really.. It sucks.. Is there any other way to charge money from our customers... I really don't want to use paypal anymore now...
 
I also think that you should give paypal a call and explain everything to them, maybe you'll get lucky, as for the paid antivirus, contact the company and see if it's possible to cancel the old license and give you a new one.
