I don't think there is something that can actually give real time rankings for google. Google does have its adwords preview tool, you may check that to see if it shows organic results other than PPC ads.

I don’t know about “real time”, but I believe stat counter and Ttaffic Travis have a version of this. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
