real stealth paypal

Lets say i live in a place with bad economy. People would risk their identities for some money.
They would be willing to :
- go into bank, open account and visa CC
- register paypal with their real name,data, home residential IP
- let someone use their Paypal via RDP - i mean rent that paypal permanently
- option to withdraw money in local bank and do as asked
- 21 day hold would still exist
- i live in Europe
If any kind of limitation appear, real documents exist.However if paypal asks for business plan / model , i have no idea what would happen next

How much would service like this cost. Would anyone use this?Does it exist around here?

I AM NOT OFFERING THIS if this has good response, i might consider making BST for it

To my knowledge, no. No service like this exists.

However I would ask the marketplace mods if a BST like this would be allowed. You're using real people and their identities to get a PP account. Not sure if that's against the rules here or not.

With their written consent ofcourse to make people at ease. I wouldn't trick someone into giving real identity, i had in mind pairing customer with that person renting PP, he cooperates with directly

Some time back I have seen one thread based on the same strategy she rented her PayPal to someone or some agent with real info then got screwed royally because of the buyer left the Ac with some $4k plus negative balance. So it is not advisable to rent PayPal even though the person ready to take risk he/she will sure get fckd by PayPal recovery people. Also I don't think mods will allow these kind of risky bst imo.

I agree, idea is too risky. Certanly wouldnt work with scammy business models
