Real mobile phone farm for rent

Hey,
I'm looking for a real device farm that I can rent as a service ready to go.

We need:
- Both android and iphone devices preferably - could work with only androids as well
- Defined Apps need to be installed on each phone with complete registration
- On each devices will be aproximately 3-4 apps, where each app needs some actions daily
- If you can provide with working phone numbers tied to the devices, that is a big plus but not necessary
- Devices must be rotated every now and then
- Devices can be automated in an easy way
