In a couple of days I'll have a new website to sell Real Estate in my country.

I'm not new to selling products online, but selling 30$ ~ 100$ products it's very different from selling 200k$ houses.

So I was wondering if anyone here have experience in the Real Estate Online business, how do you get your clients, how many sales can you make per year and any general tips and tricks you can give me are very appreciated.
 
Advertise on BHW
Make nice pictures of properties
Make video if you can
Describe property as much as you can
Respect your customers
 
If you are new at real estate you more than likely will not have your own listings. I would suggest integrating and IDX solution on your website to list all of the home for sale in your area.
 
What country are you in? In the states Real Estate is hard to rank even in smaller markets. Even ppc is very expensive.
 
offering free listings on your site , then once ur getting good google analytic stats / daily traffic proof then hit them with a fee to list with you showing the stats from analytics to people who want to buy into ur site , 100 businesses @ $30 - 40 - 50 a month ( different levels of ad. space ) = $$$$$$$ if you got the right amount of traffic , and ur fees are low , then it is worth it.

how would you get the business to sign up ?
would you just add them ?
