Hi everyone. I will keep this short.
Basically last year I got alot of money from NFTs (no, im not a scammer, I just grinded whitelists) and Im thinking about investing most of it in real estate.
My plan is to buy a new apartment to rent in a major touristic city(Lisbon). I plan to live on the aparment for a few months and the remaining months I put it up for rent either on booking.com or airbnb.
I have the money ready so I won't need a loan.
I was looking for advice/tips anyone that is in the business. Things to expect, problems that might arise etc etc.
Im pretty serious about this so Im trying to get as much info as I can
