Now, i am ready to do seo on my 3 months old website, i have 2 options, 1.Do it myself using GSA SER , 2. Hire a Seo service provider from bhw.

can anyone suggest which method to use, and (if) option 2 , which seo provider to use my budget is $50-80 in usd.

Do not send GSA links directly to your website no matter what anyone tells you. Your site may rank for a while but it will not end up being a long term project and you'll lose all your hard work over the last few months.

Do not blast your money site with links from GSA.

Also I would take the time to learn SEO, not only will it save you money but you will be self reliant.
