Reach dropped suddenly

Hi!
As the title says, my reach dropped dramatically.
I own a 15.5k follower meme page, and lately I've stopped follow/unfollow because reach sky rocketed, adding me anywhere between 100 and 200 followers/day.
Best post has 200k reach and 25k likes. Last post was 3 days ago, reached 100k with 12k likes. Must've hit the right hashtags and posted at the right time. Posted today, similar time, different hashtags ( they worked well before) and only reached 1k accounts in 5 hours. Have any ideas what I should do? Should I give it a rest for a couple of days?

After one day it is too early to draw conclusions. Wait at least 3-4 days, I think your reach will come back

Will do! Hope it does. Do you think I should keep posting or should I reduce my actions to 0?

I honestly doubt that. I can see the difference in the number of accounts reached. Instead of reaching 100k and receiving 10k likes i now reach 1k and receive 100 likes.
 
yes, it happened to me as well, i managed to turn it around by posting a viral video in the same niche that got 75k views, I post viral videos at regular intervals every now and them and got similar results. These videos managed to appear on the watch videos segment for the hashtag. And my reach is now back to normal
 
No don't stoped posting, post consistently
 
Hey! Maybe your account got shadow ban by instagram or maybe your account has affected with the new instagram algorithm. Try posting content that will make users comment this will help you to reach more people. There's other way to solve this issue try creating 5 substitute instagram accounts and comment on your new post as soon as you post this will increase your post reach faster.

where can we get the videos for posting please
assuming no c-o-p-y right issues
 
lesson to learn:
when instagram updates their app on mobile -- ER goes down the toilet. happens without fail. Takes a few days to get back to normal( what ever that is)

Yeah, will do. Thanks for the advice. I just thought if maybe I got some sort of a suspension/ban that I need to give it rest.

Maybe. But I honestly try to stay clear of engagement content such as "try to spell something with your nose letter by letter 98.9875755 fail", and other shit like that. I hate it and I won't do it to my page. Do you reckon 5 comments is enough to boost reach?
