Re-Verifying BM After Address Change. Do It or Keep Old Docs?

I moved my office and wasn’t sure if I should re-verify. I submitted new address + new utility bill = Meta flagged it for suspicious mismatch.

Reverted to original docs and got approval again. Meta prefers old docs unless your business license also updates.

When you moved your office, did you actually update the address on your business address document?
 
When you change your address or information on your documents, Facebook will verify that this is an unusual action. You need to be careful when using and changing that information.
 
Meta always prioritizes verified documents, so when you have any changes, you need to update the Meta identifier from the beginning.
 
Meta often flags new docs if they don’t match old records. Best to keep using old docs unless your license is updated too. You did right reverting, new address needs full alignment to avoid issues.
 
If the old documents are still valid and the BM has not disappeared, you do not need to change the information when changing regions.

Recently meta is checking irregularities of verified BMs, the bans from verified BMs are quite large, old profiles need to be retained and confirmed with meta
 
Meta prefers to keep old information and requires consistent paperwork, so only update the new address when the business license is also changed.
 
Exactly , Meta trusts consistent verification, so update docs only if your official business license changes to avoid flags.

I think you should keep the old papers, this will not cause any problems.

Maybe you haven't updated your new address on your business documents.
 
Good tip, thanks for sharing! Meta can be picky with address updates. Sounds like sticking to original docs until all official licenses match is the safer move. Learned this the hard way too!
