[re-post] Need help with Google Search Console issue, and with google SEO.

Few months ago, I changed my site's structure. Google Search Console (GSC) messed up, and I didn't know it. After knowing it, I changed it back to the old form.

However, on my GSC, it is showing 619k urls are "Crawled not indexed". I requested new validation a few times, and it ended up with FAILED within 3 days

I inspected the failed URLs, it seems there is nothing wrong with them. Anyone can help with this case? I also want to optimize google SEO, to have more visitors from google. Right now, visits from google is only 4% of all sources (250 from google over 6k visitors daily), which is a too low ratio.

How old is the website?
Did it ever receive a decent amount of traffic for an extended period?
Were the old pages indexed before changing the structure?
How are you generating the content, and at what rate? How many pages per day?

It seems like it's penalized due to spam,
Typically occurs when you publish 100s of 1000s of pages for a new website/domain,
Especially if it's mixed with low-value non-original content, with poor UX signals,

You could get scammed for prepaying someone,
Make sure to avoid dealing with non-paid members, as it's against the rules in the first place,
Check the seller's history and BST review posts (if any), and use an escrow service for any payment past $200

Hi, the website is 5 month old. We have 5-10k new visitors daily, due to some decent amount of ads and marketing.

On the very first months, it got like 500 visit daily from google, then it dropped to 250 ever since. The number of indexed page was from 500k (before changing the structure) to 300k, to 100k, to 10k, to 1k and now, it's 300.
The content is organic, 200 new videos per day, mostly self-hosted.

I found this link, https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/problems-of-google-search-console.1690693/ , but the topic is locked, and the owner confirmed that it doesn't work...

So many users used direct messages, some had bad reputations already. I couldn't believe they'll scam $25-$50...
