    I use MassPlanner and things have been going great the past several months. Only had one profile banned thus far that I wasn't able to recover but then this morning I started getting messages saying that like 20 of my accounts were in an "invalid state".

    Not blocked but Invalid.

    So I open up the browser within MP to see if the accounts were blocked and the accounts weren't blocked but I did have this weird message:

    "Let's Check Your Device for Malicious Software"

    And Facebook was trying to get me to download a software program to clean my system.

    Now obviously I know that this has nothing to do with a virus and that FB most likely picked up on these accounts sending out friend requests, which is all these accounts were doing. I wasn't even posting links in groups with these accounts. I was just sending out friend requests and accepting them, and then adding them to a group I manage.

    So my question is, has anyone had this problem? And how did you recover your accounts, if you did?

    I googled for an answer first before coming here, and I saw where some folk cleared their cookies, but I wouldn't know how to do that with the MP broswer.

    The good news is that the accounts aren't blocked.

    The bad news is that obviously I need to find a work around to this virus protocol.

    And if I can get through this, I will pause my friend request tools and group tools on these accounts for a month or two.

    Download the software (Its either Eset, Kapersky etc) and it takes a few minutes to scan and finds nothing. Then you can use the account again. Had it a few times. You might need to go in to the MP settings and choose to let MP download files option.

    Thanks for your suggestions. I'm going to sit on MP today and maybe even tomorrow then get to working on this.

    When I get things back online, I will pause the friend request modules for a while.

    I just wanted to than you again. I did this process on 2 of the accts thus far and got them working again. Didn't have to download anything. I'll run through the rest of the accts a little later.
