I just paid for your service and after sometime you have cancelled my RDP and you are keeping my money. It's not even 4 hours after opening the RDP.
No response from support yet. Support seems non-existent.

Support non existent. 13 Server bought, one is paid since over 24h, says delivered in 15min still not delivered support reply, hello or fixed every 6hours nothing more... .

Second Issue
2 Of the Servers Crashed have "Hardware" related issues, cant start with VNC or anything, some cable issue most likely, same no handle of the Problem, kindly write us pls help

Can we have your email please? When a RDP is cancelled, it's only by customer's decision. We don't cancel any RDP...

If its fixed i would change it when fixed, unfortunetly support replys every 2-3 Days. When fixed another Server have an Issue,

Hello! I have ordered a VPS in Europe on your hosting with 3 additional IP addresses.However, in the panel it shows IP Addresses: 1, but in the Configurable Options it says: Additional IPv4 Addresses: 3 x Unit $1.75.


On the VPS itself, running ifconfig (or ip a) shows only 1 IP address instead of 4.


I couldn’t find how to contact support on the site — tickets are closed, and live chat is unavailable.


Please help me get my 3 additional IPs added and working.

I have proof showing how many times I renewed the IP even though the RDP was empty.

Avoid this service if you don’t want headaches and wasted money.
