Would not recommend to use this shit service provider to anyone. Their customer support is pathetic, you always need to wait for 4-6hours to get an answer. And they just suspend your service "due to high abuse volume" 3-4 times per month, and you can not log in to the server so you need to open the tickets and again wait 4-6hours every time while they respond. If you value your time, go away from such service providers, because they do not respect your time.

Cant imagine how this service provider can still sell their services on bhw.

It's completely shit, not only their servers are crashing every day, but their website is also crashing, and they support is shameful, they're responding only after 8-10hours everytime after you open the ticket.
