Rate this web design - Good Enough?

Not bad. In fact, I like the design. Good job, dude. You can change it to business, I am sure!

It's good- I'm thinking more like $30 which is average I see for similar themes, unless it has any special features.

but it's good, when I looked at it, I assumed is was a themeforest theme before I read your post, so I guess that's what you were after?

Look's sweet Luka.

Only thing I would suggest would be to lower the price at first to get a few sales then put it up a little then, it's definitely got the quality of a $50 theme but I would put it at $30-$35 to start.

Good job man.

I must say that your theme looks really well. The only thing I can tell you though is that your theme
does look like a lot like themes sold on themeforest and/or woothemes. Try and giving
it a little twist so that you as a themes seller stand out.

For example you have this site called 'themify.me'. Their themes all have their backend
system which lets users do A LOT of modification to their site.

My point is try to bring that little extra that will make you as a theme creator stand out
compared to the other big companies which make money by selling regular themes.

I hope I made myself clear :P. If I didn't then feel free to PM me haha.

Again no offense to you what so ever the overall picture of your theme is really nice :)!

Too common IMO, but worth the $50 for sure.

Awesome design! Keep up with the good work and I'm sure that you'll be able to compete with good designers.

The template is good, but you need to add more twist to it.
It has to be more unique and to offer more value - because you can find similar templates for free.
Add a differentiator, that will make your template worth buying.

In short - no.
You need more attention to detail, more creativity. But keep practicing, and it will come to you.

Theme is looking crisp and clean, easy to read and if its bootstrap based theme that would be great..
