What OP posted looks good, but themes now-a-days offer so many features, so that would determine it's value. Most themes offer various demos, landing pages, blogs, etc.

To answer your question OP, based on what you created it looks industry-standard. Good job.

It looks okay but a bit generic coz most of the themes have that look already. And with all the features current themes have it's hard to compete and most of them are more creative than yours. Maybe give different options for the design.

I like the look but hate the layout. It doesnt lead my attention anywhere and I feel like I dont know where or what to click. Just seems unintuitive.
