Well there aren't any articles, so it isn't really a blog.
You could get a proper domain name.
The layout could be improved. I just see walls of text. Are you sure you aren't just doing a shameless self promotion? Either way, there are no contact details, which are essential if you're offering any sort of service.

I'd suggest taking your text, buying a domain and hosting, and starting everything else from scratch in Wordpress. And then adding another 2 - 4 pages, and some actual blog articles.

Edit: Also, the phrase "Professional Experts" is redundant. That's like saying "He was killed by death".

Don't waste time with blogspot (it's always better to have your own domain and hosting than blogspot), and for $20-$30 you can have a real thing.
Buy a domain and cheap hosting, install WordPress, choose a nice theme, and start blogging daily.

Its too bland, nothing there catches my eye, or even make me take interest. I didnt even read through anything... not even sure what the site is about
- just being honest - not rude. I was just looking at it much like a potential client would. You got about 3 seconds before most people close or move on.

Get a different theme for the blog, that default blogspot them is just to coenfusing even if there was articles on your site, good luck man..

For starters you Did GOOD. Welldone, in case you've wrote the content yourself.
Like folks have mentioned, I think its better for you to get a domain and a website of your own. I think you are promoting your Business aren't you? In that case hiring a web designer wouldn't hurt. And moreover, if you want to learn stuff, there are plenty of sites or you could join a web designing course.
Anyways, I've just joined here.....so that was all what I wanted to say.

You've got a lot of suggestions. Try to incorporate some of those on your blog.
Change the theme, there are a few on Blogger, some you can Google. ;) Good luck!
 
Write more great contents and post it on a regular basis. Moreover I thinks you've got enough suggestions from the above posts.
 
First of all , choose a right theme , get your own domain and hosting , domain is needed for the stability of your services.
 
Your Blog not looks too Good.. You should create new theme and content formation also not good..

Write High Quality Article With 500 Words with sub titles..

You need to do many changes on ur blog and make looks good..
