Rasix Media Scammed me 250$

rasix, the most curious question for me is why did you lie that my work is almost finished, why haven't you responded me on skype or BHW at the same time posting on your thread that you're ready for bulk orders???

Clearly you won't be able to explain that as it's clear already... In my opinion member who do such obvious fraudulent activity should be banned without any explanations..

And yeah, I don't see how refunding would change what you've done, you answered only once this shitlist thread was created..

Rasix lies are finished know.what he said on the above posted messages. my paypal is not working because of i opened the case on PayPal
know his PayPal is free and PayPal is also said in his email message.

if the seller's account have insufficient funds to complete
the refund owed to you.please be assured that we will take
appropriate action against the seller's account which may
limitation of the seller's account privileges

The 2 things are coming in mind right now
1 ) he already withdraw the funds through his payoneer card
2 ) he try to transfer his paypal funds to the payoneer card
that why PayPal is offering to his account limitation but still i hope paypal will do in 5 business days

he never replies my above posted messages .when Mod give him time 48 hours for respond time then he reply here
other wise he avoiding to reply Ernegie msg or my messages here

 
PayPal return my money back in my PayPal account :)
Rasix was fully try to scammed but i got my money back through
Won the case on PayPal

i was provided to PayPal right evidences with proofs then PayPal closed the case in favor
Rasix is big liar - Fraud and Scammer

i reported to super mod wiz about this but mostly all mods support are dedicated in the forum :)
maybe oldsalt mod is not coming online .You and me just wait what super mod wiz reply here


 
old salt is online everyday and has multiple shit list threads to deal with most
days, this is why most threads take a few days to deal with as dealing with 1
thread at a time would be slow staking up other shit lists threads.
salt will bb to clean this up in due time. proxygo out.

@Rasix, you said that once the dispute was over, you'd be able to refund Ernegie. The dispute has been resolved - you now have 48 hours to refund Ernegie. Do NOT come up with an excuse that you don't have his paypal or anything else. Get it, find another way to refund him or you will be banned - aka, want your account? Then get motivated and refund him.

@Shani happy because PayPal favors buyers rather than sellers.
@OldSalt, yes I said I refund once dispute over but I am not satisfy with the decision of PayPal because they favor buyers mostly. and Shani got all his money back and what i worked for him mean total waste of my time it's 15 days!!! that i worked with him you can see in Skype chat and why I can't complete the project because he changed username and password of the hosting that he provided me.

@OldSalt, you have to make fair decision that i worked for him and he changed password so I can't work more. He needs to pay me of my work what I have did for him or time that I spend over his project and let him every error/problem and guide him what to do even type the question that he need to . I have every right to get paid for that.

You must ask did you provide final product as you asked above. How can I give final product after lot of work Shani changed password of hosting.
 
Well, the time is over and he didn't refund me. Even ignored me on skype.
EDIT: Now he states in his thread that he's ready for bulk orders :) He should've been banned already :D

Suppose: if my client report to us about proxies and proxies are wont work for him within 24 then We're refund to him because We've have refund policy within 24 hours.
why We've have any problem to refund to our client ? because We've love our services and our reputation on BHW forum

just copied my old site of slides on my new theme ? this work done within 10 to 15 minutes

Rasix keep in mind bhw mods are more dedicated and fair make decision on SL Section
i hope so today or tomorrow mod give his decision :)

I see no reason to order Shani to provide you payment based on what I've seen.

Tell you what: 1) Your BST is closed and 2) I posted a 48 hour notice above for you to refund him which you have failed to do. Obviously, you haven't even tried.

You also are obviously not taking this seriously... so, you have been temp banned for 1 week. If you have not refunded him by the time the temp ban expires... it will be a perma-ban.

So what about the time I spent over Shani site? That time is not valuable? you can see our chat and by any rule he needs to pay me half payment of the work I have done and the time I spent with him over skype to just get the fxxxing WHMCS work.

Mr. OldSalt you have to judge the things properly not just the final product only matters. If Shani wanted his refund than he can get when i didn't available for 2 days and when I return everything was ok and suddenly he opened dispute and wants his money back without any reason even I was talking to him over Skype as well.

I want to get paid what I've worked for him and waste my precious time for his project.
 
When I get paid by Shani for my work and time then I pay straight away to Energie.

Why the hell rasix's thread is unlocked and he is unbanned? what is going on? Oldsal too, why are you ignoring this thread, I've even pmed you a week ago. It's been like 2 weeks since rasix must've been banned

something has come up , wait your turn til he gets back and this will be resolved

I wish I saw this earlier, I ordered an LP from Rasix last week, and havent heard back from him in 4+ days.....fingers crossed
 
Just an update.

Rasix lied to me MANY times about why the work had not been completed. Today he did issue me a refund, so credit there.

What bothers me is he put me another week behind schedule on a project, and it was obviously lies. I would highly recommend people stay away from his services
 
Picking this up in OldSalt's absence.

Rasix, the temp ban ran out - you should have paid Ernegie by now. I'll close all your sales threads and the refund must be paid within 48 hours, or you will be permanently banned.

Ernegie - has Rasix contacted you in any way or attempted to make reparations?
