i was ordered a website to design my paid wordpress theme + integrate on WHMCS on last month
i was provided to him paid wordpress theme- cpanel - domain & WHMCS Service and OP only integrate WORDPRESS theme on WHMCS
i paid him 250$ and he told me i will complete your website within 1 week

after 2 to 3 days are passed problem start.he never reply me in time and after 2 to 3 days he reply me
i have full Skype logs with screenshots . i try to translate local language on the Google but Google is failied
to translate roman Urdu but i translate myself . if you have any trusted guy then you can also help from him

You may need to increase the timeout values on your server such as PHP max_execution_time to allow the installer script to be able to complete without being interrupted.

His other part of posted message is also wrong and he is telling alie again and again . When any one open the case on Paypal and his still Paypal is working and he easily receive/send
money/ refund or withdraw the money to his bank.when i opened the case on Paypal i though that maybe he transfer the money to his bank account or another his paypal account

i giving alot of sold evidence and victims messages against OP .OP never single time offer me for refund but he is offer refund to other

Only after another member opened a case for him and I thretened with a same thing he replied me saying he's going going to refund me (he didn't do it actually)



All I want is rasix to be kicked out and it's not about my money.. even if he refunded (he didn't) it wouldn'y make much happier. He was lying, ignoring me trying to keep my money (nad he made it) and after 2 months once he's in a shitty situation he pretending to refund me...

@OldSalt: How can I provide final product when Shani changed login credentials of hosting and gave to WHMCS to install (You can see that in mobile screenshot). Everything is clear above, if I don't have to work for him why should I ask him to submit tickets and let shani know what problems I am facing during installation. This is not a way to do business when you ask someone to work for you and at last you change everything to work with.

@OldSalt: Everything was working good, up to when he gave login credentials to WHMCS, I don't know what happened to shani and he asked me to refund and opened case in Paypal and put in shitlist here. Also I said him over Skype, if he wanted refund he can ask me fairly not by opening case in PayPal or he could have asked me when i left for 2 days and didn't reply him. But he asked refund when almost all work done.

I can't send money to Energie as I told above my Paypal is not working since shani opened case, when this case will be resolved I pay Energie. Energie's earlier PayPal is closed so I can't refund payment also.
