Each have pros and cons.
I'm currently using 50/50, but ditching Yoast in all my sites because it's too expensive and they have capped the API for certain interesting functionality (most plugins are nowadays doing this)
Also I've tried SEOPress Pro, but I have ditched it because it's almost identical to RankMath I like the extra keyword tracker feature from RankMath feature to have it straight in the WordPress (despite is $20/yr cheaper)
The only caveat I find in both SEOPress and Rank Math is that they have invested 0 effort in LSI and content analysis, forcing exact match for keyword analysis which is extremely obnoxious. I have to keep using another tool for auditing this, which makes things harder. Yoast in this sense is almost perfect and The SEO Framework claims that with their "Focus" extension, they can also manage this.
But I've never tried The SEO Framework because it's costly compared to other alternatives (except Yoast).
