Ranking Suggestions on Fiverr for Web Development

Hey, I'm really struggling with ranking my offer on Fiverr. I have a gig in a highly competitive niche, specifically website development (WordPress).

Here are my results so far:

0 clicks

I would say I have fairly good gig SEO, including title, description, FAQ, eye-catching images, etc. I looked at what's ranking great and tried to compile a lot of perks from other gigs that are on the 1st page, so if it's working for others, it should also work for me, I guess.

I'm wondering what is wrong. Is it because there are just so many gigs that it's simply not possible to rank without buying reviews? Can I do something differently, for example, change the category to a different one? (If so, which one would you recommend?) Other sellers have descriptions that look like they were written by an elementary school student and are ranking on the first page and having orders queued up. That just makes me wonder if people really don't care about quality or who they work with at all.

Another thing is that I'm using an agency account, may this also be the backbone of the no-traffic issue? Is maybe the location of my account set to Denmark an issue? Also, my price is a bit higher (starting at 345 USD), as I believe the product I deliver is of a completely different quality level compared to other gigs (SEO, speed, overall looks, etc.). It's not just some shoddy copy-paste template with stuff done in 1 hour. Is there even a place for such products on Fiverr, or are people just looking for 80 USD websites that look bad?

What I tried so far: active 24/7, editing the description a few times, changing pictures, filling out the profile, creating an Upwork profile (no traffic there as well).
What I didn't try: promoting and sharing outside of Fiverr (well, I don't feel like spamming other places with this gig, don't even think it would bring any significant amount of traffic), lowering the price.

I don't want to earn millions and be top-seller on Fiverr, just a few orders per month as some sort of side-income would be great.

I think so... Although, I did have a gig about 3-4 years ago and I didn't get a single sale despite of having purchased reviews (I think I've purchased 12 of them, but I don't remember)...

But anyway, most people say it's the reviews, but you probably need dozens of them because my 12 reviews have not been enough, so I don't know...

When I browse Fiverr, and let's say I search for "backlinks," I only see sellers from Pakistan with round 50-80 purchased reviews. Sometimes, they have like 5-6 reviews in a row from the same user, but the fake review body and account names are so easily recognizable. But hey, they rank on the first pages and that's what counts...

Their reviews are usually like this:

5* - 70x
4* - 0
...
1* - 2x from someone who realized it's just spam from a PBN.

I don't know if it's even worth investing in reviews, as I plan to sell my packages starting from 350 USD up to 1500 USD, and I feel that's a high price for Fiverr. Is there anyone with experience selling higher-priced gigs? There are many many pro services that are on the first pages and only have like 1-2 reviews. The thing is that I see some sellers have orders in queue, and when I check their past work it looks like **** and people still buy from them, that's why I wanted to try and offer my own gig for sale.

Try to narrow down your niche, maybe website development is to broad. Do some keyword research and create several gigs for each niche (e.g. e-commerce website development, wordpress website development, local business website development etc.)
