RANKING PROBLEMS

Get rid of that site and start a new one. Build quality content, then after that, check your competition to see what kinds of links you will need to build to rank. Good Luck
bitter pill to swallow. i have been thinking of the same thing. but i just want to use this to learn as hard as i can so i donot have to repeat mistakes

Here's something that not many people will tell you: google hates people who do SEO (who buy backlinks, more specifically). So, they (google) do whatever they can to stop people from doing that, and one of the measures that google had put in place to make life hard for people who buy backlinks is by making the easy-to-get backlinks useless.

In other words, the easier a backlink is to acquire, especially if it's a backlink from free websites (bookmarking sites, web 2.0 websites, blog comments, article directories, profiles on authority websites like microsoft, spotify, or whatever) the less value those backlinks have.
That's just not true... google can't say if I paid for links. I have links from big sites for free. And I also have many links from free platforms and I see no wrath from google. Quite the opposite... after updates most of the comments are "no links" or "bought "high quality" blog posts or niche edits".
I understand sellers advertising this nonsense to sell crappy blog posts but it's not really how it works.

But year... 60k links... damn.
And I, personally, think google disavow tool is shit and does nothing.

yup, that's true in some way,
but it depends on the competition and niche for real,
that might be good for micro-niche websites, but not some big one
you don't want 20 websites ranking on the 2nd page for example, I would rather get 3 ranking for #5 or better
Sure.. I still remember the days when I had 4 sites in "electric toothbrush" niche. Most of them ranked damn well on the first page. Good days!!! Unfortunately, authorities completley "destroyed" the niche.

Honestly speaking I'm not obsessed with rankings than I used to be years ago. Sooner or later I will rank on the first page.. with HQ articles and backlins for sure!

they can't indeed. But that doesn't mean that they're not actively trying to find out and take you down when they do. And the links you are having from big sites are probably profile links, not contextual backlinks in guest posts. If you've managed to get such powerful backlinks you are one of the lucky SEOers who has money or the necessary connections to acquire those backlinks, in which case my comments don't refer to you. I'm usually trying to open up the eyes of the little guy, the beginners and the poor SEOers. Those are the people that I target with my comments, not the pros. I know that there are pro and rich SEOers on the forum who can rank lorem ipsum at a fingers' snap, but those are out of my league, so I don't care about them and their methods.

As for you having links from free platforms and seeing no wrath from google, that's because those links don't necessarily hurt your rankings, but they don't help either. If you rank a single page of a new domain name with those backlinks then that's because the keyword you are targeting with that page has no competition, not because of the backlinks.

Prove me wrong!

No they are not profile links.
I'll give you only 1 example... I have links (yes, plural) from benzinga (from ARTICLES). A great site and it ranks for a lot of keywords and yet, I paid $0 to get links there.
I have articles linking to my site ranking on the first/second page. All free.

They know more then you think. In the past, Google took an action against guestbooks, link directories, article directories, guest blogging networks (guestr, myblogguest), etc...5 years ago tons of backlink networks have been penalized. They do things manually..

Yup, we all learn one way or another. Sometimes we burn sites to the ground, but we all learn from what we do.

Start anew :)

That's why I try to copy the links of my competitors.
If my competitor ranks with abc links then I'll rank with them as well.

60k backlinks doesn't matter. Take care of quality content(hand written article), do follow backlinks with RD 500+ including drip-feed option. Choose the site with low spam score. 60k backlinks within this short period of time is really a huge mistake. It's better to choose RGP service if you're looking for traffic.

never heard of that site, so it's not big brand / authority. Amazon is a big brand because everyone has heard of it. Benzinga? Not at all!. And you must have had the right connections to get backlinks from there, something that newbie SEOers will almost never have. But... kudos to you for getting that backlink :)

yep!

Wait a bit @Xtx1.
What do you mean by zero traffic? A consistent 0, or 15 clicks a week?
How many product pages do you have indexed in GSC?
How many keywords do you rank for in GSC and whats the average position?

i have a site which has a lot of low DR links hit by google udate

@Xtx1 go to your search console -> coverage report, there are
- errors,
- valid with warnings,
- valid and
- excluded.
What are your numbers?

Also check the detailed report, do you have any urls labeled as follows?

Crawl Anomaly
Crawled – currently not indexed
Discovered – currently not indexed
Duplicate without user-selected canonical
Duplicate, Google chose different canonical than user
Duplicate, submitted URL not selected as canonical
Indexed, though blocked by robots.txt
Redirect error
Server error (5xx)
Submitted URL not found (404)

Are you using any SEO plugins? If not, and because you're pretty noobish, I would say install Yoast. Although I prefer to optimize manually, for newer users I definitely advise something like Yoast or Rank Math. I have a site I recently did a test on with Yoast. I wanted to see if it had an impact on sites where users didn't know how to manually optimze it. So I tested on a site that had been up for years but never really ranked for anything. As soon as I installed Yoast it boosted my rank due to making the site more crawlable, adding knowledge graph, fixing canonical errors, and creating a site map. I used screaming frog on static sites typically.

On another note you may have killed your site with those links. But it really depends on the quality, and I Imagine you bought "packages" of links. I don't see any other legitimate way you'd have that many links. And these link packages are trash. All of them. Anyone thats selling you a "diversity package" or anything they've nicknamed it nowadays, stay the fuck away. I've ruined sites using these diversity packages on BHW. Focus on high quality links. High quality cost anywhere from $100-$300 per link if you're buying. Or you could learn how to do outreach.

You should also have some "submitted and indexed" there, what is that number?
Or anything beside the above URLs, that is labelled as "valid" in the first column, not "excluded".
Those that are "valid" are accepted by Google, those that are "excluded" are guess what.
You mention you have 14 products indexed, they all should be labeled "valid" in the first column. I also presume you have some pages like "about us", "terms of use" "privacy policy" and some informative content (e.g. blog) beside the product pages...
