Hello friends
i want to rank a keyword so i write a blog post in a website of which website i am ranking and then i try to make backlinks so the keyword can rank
but just now some one told me i am doing it wrong

First i need to create a page in website for that keyword after that i need to write a blog post in that website for that keyword so it will be good

only blog post in website will not help and keywor having 19 keyword competation i checked in long tail pro

so is it true ?

You mean u were trying to rank a main website and not a blog post and it's wrong? No, if your website is only about this keyword, then you can rank the homepage, but if are going to rank for many keywords with homepage, it would be hard.

If I get your question right you are asking if you have to create certain landing page for the keyword to rank not the main site as you have 19 keywords to rank right?
Yes if you have many keywords creating a landing page and ranking them separately for each keyword will be good Idea

If I understand your question correctly,

You can rank different keywords for different landing pages and it is recommended to split test to see which one converts better.

I am not sure what you are actually asking, but based on your query here is my opinion:

Yeah you have to create a specific page for that keyword, as this inner page will contain content regarding that specific keyword for which you are trying to rank in SERP's.

Then you can create further blog posts and internally link them to your specific targeted page.
