Hey everyone, so I have a site complete for the health niche under one domain name (free site) but on another site I have the domain that I want showing, redirecting to the domain on the free website. For SEO, am I ranking my weebly free site domain or my domain that I'm redirecting? Kind of confused about it. Thanks, BP

I am not sure why you want to redirect your domain to a free site.
But anyway it seems it is your domain that is ranking or that you want to rank, as you redirect it. If so you would send links to your domain, not to the free site. Also sending links to your domain means you keep the links, even if one day you want to redirect to something else.

You are basically ranking the domain you have, not the free one

Send the backlinks to the site you want to rank, the one you want to redirect. Not the free one.
