RankerX has bad customer service (in my experience)

i've been using rankerX for 2 years now, paid the guy over $1000 .. i asked John the creator of it something 3-4 times during these 2 years, i suggested a few changes that would improve the functionality, i even started using skype to communicate with the guy.. so now he completely ignores me. i actually need to point out that i am a long time customer and that i want some kind of validation of my seemingly good suggestions to improve the product.. so he replies then... now i asked him to cancel my subscription, i don't see how to do it myself, because i don't have a paypal account and payments are taken from my credit card.. he been quiet for 3 days now, although his skype status keeps changing, so he's definitely on..

does anyone know how to cancel my subscription without a paypal account? do i have to call paypal? there are no links in any emails indicating how to do that..

ps. Don;t mess with rankerX, it's more pain than gain.. plus SC eventually throws out such shitty backlinks..

RankerX doesn't even have a customer service rep as such.. The owner handles the inquiries himself which is odd and he has done so for years via Skype lol.

Switch to GSA SER instead.

Call Paypal or your bank to cancel it.

Alternatively you can sign up with Paypal using the same email you used when you signed the subscription as it might appear under your account automatically.
 
Same experience, seems they don't have many people.

i am in the states. i was banned from Paypal years ago in mid 2000s for breaking their TOS (accepting donations on a torrent site), i have had several paypal accounts since and have some currently that i use for other stuff, but here i just did my credit card, seemed easier at the moment..

i don't know, it just freaking grinds my gears. when you run a service where people pay you, especially monthly, and in general when money is involved, the least you can do is acknowledge their concerns..

i do know i can just ask my bank to handle this, and I will, if he doesn't react in time.. i still have 2 weeks until the monthly charge happens, so there is a bit of wiggle room..
 
It is super advanced. According to other tools I been used. GSA, XRumer. Close similar to SEOautopilot. But I do agree they dont like suggestions much, especially complains lol

But I think I bought the lifetime license as I can remember. Its been 2 years now and I got no billed ever again.
 
JFYI there is a way to cancel subscription on your own, or so I hope, I haven't tried yet, cause there's a few days left until re-bill and i am trying to use them up campaigning heavily, but i will try that link in 4 days and hope it will help me cancel the subscription... it can be found in your rankerX user profile on their dashboard www - https://rankerx.com/amember/member - profile is created when you first signup.

having said all this, i wonder how hard was it for the creator of rankerX to simply point me towards this dashboard? he still haven't replied my questions and requests and eventually - lightly masked threats of a life-long revenge on this vendetta... i don't know you guys... but for me personally this closed off any future possible resubscription to rankerX, cause it's just a matter of principles..

choosing to deal with support without help doesnt make it
right to be rude to customers, in the end hes only hurting
his own brand
 
its one man army business. Their support guy never respond. John is a egoist. He dont like suggestions and complaints too. For 5 PDF sites the diagram create 1000+ forum profiles, surprisingly these 5 pdf sites dont give a backlink.

I raised this issue with their support guy, no response, after informed to john, he dont even answer like they will check it.

Later i see the PDF sites were removed.

As i know seo AP have some good web 2.0 sites than rankerx, these guys have some junk sites in the list. I think they never test the software, they just update it.

SEO AP have an issue like it dont work on normal systems with 4 GB ram, it need lot of configuration or a VPS.

These days rankerx not creating links from quality sites

Well Ranker X is a great software with lack of support. I have been paying monthly and never wanted to pay again for a lifetime as I am scared of what if they shut down. But so far, I still pay monthly as there are no automation alternatives to web2.0s . Ranker X works very well with my strategy, where I combine ranker X links with GSA SER.


Still ranker X far much better than SERlib. Wish ranker x support is good. they never response on time lol
