Ranker X total website 919

I'm a newbie who just started use Ranker X to generate backlinks.
No matter which diagram i use, i realized Ranker X only provide 919 domains where i can make backlinks on.
So does this mean i can only make 919 backlinks with Ranker X?(cuz i guess there's no point making more than 1 backlink per one referring domain)

You do not need backlinks. You need referring domains.
Multiple links from same domain google considers as one.
Also it looks very spammy.

I am not using RankerX, but bought from it backlinks some time ago -
the seller told that I would get 400 referring domains.
