Ranked a Video on Google

I am amazed, i tried the unlisted method the other day for a medium competition keyword and it is now on Google first page where they now have a video section. Google is now showing only 3 videos on there first page and i was amazed to see my video there for the past 2 days. All i did was to set my new video to unlisted and bought 1000 high retention views, waited for about 2 to 3 days then the magic happened. I did not buy any likes, comments etc. The problem now though is that it is no where on Youtube, not even in the top 100. Any incite on what to do now to get it ranked on Youtube first page?

It's all about Social shares and backlinks if you want to get your video on google

It is already on Google, what type of social shares will work for Youtube?

Make sure you re not only seeing your page on results because of cookies.. try checking in incognito or using a serp checker to make sure:)
 
indexing on yt is diffrent from indexing in yt .

to index in yt your lose all google indexing.

google updating so you might be at top for a little bit.

your choice yt or google?

most traffic comes from google searches.

I suggest get a afflicate to earn of your googled website.
 
how long your video stayed on the top ?
 
it's strange that you don't see it on YouTube, since they always take to the google result page the #1 video that is indexed on "google video search" result page on that specific term, and that is also based on the top search results on YouTube, maybe it will sync later...

BTW if you check the "Google Video Search' for that term, do you get your video there?

Youtube ranking via buying views still doesn't work to my knowledge so that's why your vid may not show up.

FYI, HR views are ranking as the same as before the last update

This is nothing new.If your video is in the 3 pk video list on the first page,that video its probably on the second page of Google for that keyword.I rank low competition keywords for Amazon this way without buying any views for the videos I just ping them .Wait about three days or more for the video to appear on Youtube depends on the quality of your views
 
Good to know about HR views. I used one of the recommended panels and ended up losing about half of the views. Strangely enough, I ended up getting about 25% of them back.

Thank you for the update in regards to the unlisted method. Anyone noticing if it will work again for YT and not just Google?
 
Darn, i looked on Google and it is not there , so it seems it was just there for like 2 to 3 days. Guess it is back to the lab.......
 
after the JULY 11 update, YouTube changed some stuff, among the changes, YouTube will NOT add ALL the views sent to a video in real time if there is no "REAL USER INTERACTION"
they will count those views on the back end counter, but they will not sync all of it to the front end counter (the visible counter) until they see a "REAL USER INTERACTION" (means a Like, dislike, comment, etc.)
without it the counter will sync but it can take 1-5 days to happen by itself.

some will tell you it's a "bug"... but i can tell you it's a feature, another layer of protection against bought passive traffic, on the BHW marketplace you can already find views that comes with real user interaction, actually it make good sense that some of the users that watching the video, are logged in to YouTube and interact with the video, it's more genuine.

@moneyguru2013 is it possible that you have un-synced views? try to add a like to the video and refresh it after 20 sec, see if change the views count and the position

Indeed. Also changing your IP and checking what other see would be the way to test.

How many views do you buy for each video to get them ranking close to the top of YouTube?
