Edit: I have to mention, only a couple are ranking on Google though. Still trying to figure that part out. I've started building links and doing video embeds but it's not working. I'm wondering if there are certain keywords/niches where Google will just not rank a video.

after the JULY 11 update, YouTube changed some stuff, among the changes, YouTube will NOT add ALL the views sent to a video in real time if there is no "REAL USER INTERACTION"
they will count those views on the back end counter, but they will not sync all of it to the front end counter (the visible counter) until they see a "REAL USER INTERACTION" (means a Like, dislike, comment, etc.)
without it the counter will sync but it can take 1-5 days to happen by itself.

some will tell you it's a "bug"... but i can tell you it's a feature, another layer of protection against bought passive traffic, on the BHW marketplace you can already find views that comes with real user interaction, actually it make good sense that some of the users that watching the video, are logged in to YouTube and interact with the video, it's more genuine.

@moneyguru2013 is it possible that you have un-synced views? try to add a like to the video and refresh it after 20 sec, see if change the views count and the position
