Better if his IP address can be used by your voodoo expert (or better still is using his forum name to bring him back and paying everyone double what he owes -- can your voodoo experts do such a thing?).:)

Anyway, I think Eric is a born scammer -- and that baby in the Avatar is also not his own.

Do charge back if u paid via CC it doesn't matter seller have funds or not paypal will pay from there pocket in case of CC chargeback otherwise its a digital product u already lots the case...
 
my claim is being reviewed by paypal staff atm, but i already did a chargeback a week ago, should go into effect in a week (citibank said it'll take 15days).

if the chargeback goes through without a hitch, then i will never feel like a sucker paying the .03% surcharge everytime i used my credit card.
 
just got a decision that the claim is not in my favor. Cant believe paypal sided with the fraud when he probably got quite of abit of claims filed in the same day he sold the program.

Paid with bill me later so i have no idea what to do from here on out. I wonder if bill me later has somekind of option like chargeback that credit cards have... Lesson learned use credit card to pay for stuff like this through paypal....

so im guessing no one got paypal dispute in your favor. sigh* im screwed out of $219 because i accidently paid with bill me later.... since bill me later has no chargeback option or anything like that.... Anyone have advice?
 
citibank refunded and did the chargeback in 15days like they said, awesome citibank will pay with creditcard via paypal for everything now.
 
wth, now that a chargeback was done, it goes through the resolution center? awaiting other parties response.
it was already charged back what do i need the resolution center for?
 
case decided not in my favor,
money lost and no product in the end.
that's seriously f'd up.
We have Paypal employees hanging out in this forum, don't they see that that they are sponsoring scams?

how low can one person go.... this maybe a blackhat forum, but stop trying to claim someone else's work as your own..
 
So dont take this the wrong way but I am thinking your intentions are in good to get back at him and null rankbox. But at the end of the day he ripped off Carsons so some where down the line still hurting Carsons bottom line. Just saying.....

The virusscan came up with an "IFrame" from VBA32. I checked it out and seems to just be one of carson's affiliate links (I think for proxies). However, I disabled it...so no worries.
