wawawiwa listened to your advice and escalated it to paypal claim. hope he gets banned from paypal for this he deserved it. Also when i inquired about a refund he said i cannot get a refund because it is a downloaded software. which is total bull. anyways hope to get full refund.

I would not have hesitated to kick this guy's ass and cut his balls off for accusing BHW mods of favoritism. Hell you asshole, both the mods are on my favorite list.

Just got my eyes on these lines of the conversation and felt like he should pay double for his sins.

First of all he is not willing to accept that he is wrong. On the other hand he is accusing mods for being partial and practicing favoritism.

I hope no more Jr.Vips end up in shitlist. In recent days many Jr.Vips including Redwolf and some other reputable members turned scammers and I just pray that our big family gets protected from scammers and frauds (always trust our mods here)

trust no one, not everyone is as they appear, I have seen many of them come and go for as long as I've been here. lol

sad really but its the mechanics of the game we play called BH Internet Marketing. IMO :) you cant expect fair play from cut throat individuals. if you do? expect to get scammed at some point in your career.
 
makes perfect sense now why he didn't reply when I wanted to beta test for him after saying I was using a similar plugin.

Son of a bitch! I've dealt with this guy.

He runs the Weeklyy web deals site to, and tried to sell me a cracked version of SEO PowerSuite, until I contacted Link-Assist and forced him to give me my money back.

*** NOT SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SITUATION - JUST HELPING ***

IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT THIS PLUGIN:

1) LOG ON TO PAYPAL AND DISPUTE THE PAYMENT
2) SAY THE SELLER WAS SELLING STOLEN SOFTWARE
3) DO NOT DO A CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACK FOR NOW

If enough people hurry up and file disputes, you'll get your money back.

If you bypass PayPal and do a CC charge back, there's a chance YOUR account will go into negative standing (actually, I think this is pretty much a certainty) until you file a dispute against EXTREMESEO and then if you win, your account balance will go back to 0. So basically, you're going to need to dispute the payment you made to him with PayPal regardless, or it will look like YOU stole from PayPal and you'll be the one with a negative balance.

So first, do the PP dispute and wait to see the outcome. Don't do a CC charge back yet. You have time for that.

I am fairly new to BHW, but I have come to love this forum, the community and sharing of knowledge is amazing. I was getting very intrigued by the rankbox threads I was seeing and was very close to pulling the trigger on the lifetime sub. I am impressed at the way the mods have handled things, which is yet another reason I love this community. Im glad I didn't give this guy a dime, and I will promptly be purchasing the tool from the developer directly. I sure am glad that this thread was posted, and promptly dealt with; once again mods - great job!

Note what Sonat seems to be saying, which is that any acceptance of any kind of "settlement" will negate any dispute you file with PayPal. This is not an offer to settle, this is a continuation of the scam by attempting to limit the number of possibly successful PayPal disputes against ExtremeSEO.

If ExtremeSEO had the ability to "fix" the software, he would have written his own and not stolen it. Or at the very least would have had the common sense to put some effort into masking the fact that it was stolen. (How much programming experience does one need to remove an affiliate link?)

The fact that he has not done so indicates he lacks even the most rudimentary programming skills, is too stupid to hide the evidence of his theft, or both.

I've noticed that no one has made any posts exploring the possibility of publically exposing this person's true identity. I've seen this used as an effective tactic in other threads.

good advice, i'll take it, just a note my credit card company has said the payment is pending, so they can't even do anything about it for a few days (the claims dept said most likely 5) and i'm sure that most credit card companies are probably like this to (my credit card was visa from chase, so i mean, they're a good company) so imo do this dispute thing and maybe paypal will see the influx of refund requests.
 
don't do CC chargeback and paypal dispute. Pick one and live with it. If you do a paypal dispute, lose, then do a CC chargeback, you'll end up owing money to paypal.

That you don't do just yet. Wait till these claims are addressed by PP and peoples banks and credit providers first. If enough people get stiffed you can certainly pass this info out and handle it from there.

I would be cautious about suggesting people contact the feds around here. Glass houses and all.

That being said, wawawiwa has all of extremeseo's personal info if you need it.
 
Also, it's completely appreciated by me, I just can't let someone's personal info out right off the bat.

Its not Wiz and its me, who recommended this product to wiz. But not aware about all these shitty things.

I never thought one could steal the code and sell it in same forum.
