Rank in Few Hours ?

Hey BHW members
I see people all the time whose videos are not even 5 hours old in the top 5 under medium-small keywords. Their videos only have 200-600 views, a few likes and comments. (many are not even aged accounts)
I wanted to ask if I want to do the same what should I buy best for views, instant fast views (wich Starts like instant) or slow long retention views (which always start after a few hours)
I would be happy if someone could help me a little

Have you looked more into what exact topics they are making their videos based on? Could be a major factor especially if it's a trending topic/keyword
