For E-com sites, you need to build high quality links on a regular basis. Maintain a blog page for the products discussion and get them ranked too, this will help you in getting good organic reach as well.
Guest posts on niche relevant sites will be a huge advantage as you can expect some targeted traffic too.
Ditto to the above, I would also like to add that you should make sure your product listings are unique, if you are dropshipping, don't use the same description or product name as 10,000 other ecommerce sites.
If you have a lot of pages, then start with building good authority backlinks to your homepage (main domain). If you have some specific subpages you want to rank then build contextual links to those pages as well.
Make some research about your competition. Use competition analysis tools and compare their SEO with yours and prepare a strategic plan with the report you get from the competition analysis. Execute those plans step by step
