3) URL Structure must be clean and smart (structured)
may I get intel on this point? I'm not sure that I understand what you mean by "smart"
4) Products should be tagged to only one category not multiple
yeah, I've heard this several times this year alone, there must be some truth to it, which is logical when you think about it because it helps googlebot understand your site better if it's free of complicated stuff
But despite of this common sense tip lots of ecom owners still don't do it, sometimes because they do need products to belong to multiple categories, I can totally understand this as I've had to manage the stock of an ecom site for 2 years in 2014. So, I can totally get it, but many ecom owners do ignore this point, I don't know why...
7) Theme must be lightweight and the User experience should be of next level
I agree with the theme needing to be lightweight (speed is very important in SEO nowadays), but what about the "next level" user experience? Again, I don't fully understand what you mean by this, can you please give a tip or two about what "next level user experience" means?
Other than these, good job with those sales and keep 'em coming
