Rank a keywork vs High DA websites

Hello

I have my keyword ran in the 1st page on google, my rank drops to page #2, #3 every time some paper news publish something related to that keyword. and after 2 to 3 days my page get back to first page.

I know these paper news have high DA

But how to sustain on the #1 page even when there a new article published?.

Note: Before google update last 2019 the ranking was just fine.

As you have mentioned, they have high domain authority, and it might be possible because the news sites are updated regularly. To maintain your rankings, I would suggest you get a few high-quality backlinks from relevant sites having high domain authority.
 
Regularly update the content and build backlinks to the site, so you can maintain the top rankings.
 
You will have to keep updating your content along with building some relevant backlinks.
 
It sounds like you are publishing content that has a short shelf life. Try going after some terms that don't need to be updated as frequently and you should have more luck.
 
Google is an ass these days and big websites have bigger advantage by time :)
 
Although those websites have a higher DA, I wouldn't worry about them too much -- they're news sites, and news are weaker, content-wise, than detailed blog posts/articles (I assume this is the case with your website.) Therefore, your content can dominate in the long term if:
  1. It's simply bigger, covering the topic better than a tiny news article.
  2. It's evergreen, while news articles have a short life cycle.
 
Regular update your content
try to make it long term content(ever green)
add backlinks of high DA relevant sites.
