Is there any way one can look at the proxy numbers and figure where they are based, kind of like phone numbers and area codes.rof01:

You might want to look into the MaxMind database.

try placing the ips at the site like utrace.de or myip.net you'll get info of their location.

tracing with a tool is easy especially on the web server type..I want to glance at them (the ip type) and pick them out...loading and testing takes so long. I came across one list showing their locations, that was nice I could copy paste a bunch from my state and test..

these are the kind I am learning about and how to use them in a proxy switcher. most dont have an area this was a lucky find. I am new at this kind of proxy use am I on the right track? next I want to find away good way to switch them on the fly. I have seen some paid switchers but I got the feeling I had to pick from their list, I want to find one I can load with my own
