Can I search for the answer on google, find an article that answers the question and use a rewriter tool, then put it through Grammarly to make sure it sounds good to answer the question, or would they remove it?

If you re-word it significantly and it will be perfectly readable you should be good.

You can see it on the forums too, even this one.

People give 10 times the same answer with different wording and few extra words that give additional value.
 
Quora is golden place for career and technical question & answer.
 
Yes. Sometimes the answers got manual review read by moderators

If lines don't make sense then there is a chance of removal
 
You're good with that as Quora moderators aren't as strict as Reddit.
 
To your question: Test it. Then you'll see if they remove it, and then you create another account....
 
It depends on the quality.

Quora is community driven so low quality answers usually get collapsed fairly quickly

You'd be better off answering naturally since your account will build credibility faster with REAL answers
