Quickest way to fix/vary anchor text variation?

Hey guys

Man, my site wasn't doing too good to start with, but some a_hole took things from bad to worse. Basically I've just had a huge spike of new links coming in, all using the same anchor.

I'm wondering if one of the geniuses found here on the forum would possibly have a quick method for mass link generation with anchor variation? I did consider looking for fiverr gigs, but then again most people warn against these....
