I am not complaining. I don't mind to wait. However, I remember the marketplace thread review taking about an hour the first time around. This time, I've been waiting about 48 hours or so.

There should be a way to speed up the process. Perhaps allow users to pay for an expediated review? Either way, we're eager to make money and want our marketplace threads up and running as soon as possible. We're paying for membership and for the thread so I don't see this as being nitpicky at all.

Would seem that speeding up the process would be equally beneficial for both sides. Both parties would have the opportunity to begin making money faster. Could just be me. Anyone else feel this way?

Anyway, going to stay busy until something happens on my end. Thanks for accepting this feedback.

It can take up to 7 - 10 days for a sales thread to be reviewed.

48 hours is not long at all.

Seems like it was much faster the first time around. I hope the mods get some type of compensation for the effort you're putting in by the way.

Again, I don't mind waiting but I think it would be better for both parties if the process was sped up a bit. I can see how it'd be difficult to find people to volunteer to review these threads though.

Not trying to be rude here but 7 to 10 days to review a thread is much too long. I would want it done much quicker so I could make the money and allow the forum user to begin making money.

Now that the discussion has started, I will be crawling back into my hole and staying quiet. lol. I think I've been waiting about 3 days now? Will work on other stuff until then.

Again, thanks for accepting my suggestions. Maybe others feel the same way?

PM me a link to your thread and I'll have a look for you and if it is something in my wheelhouse I'll review it for you.

Thanks. It is really no big deal though. Will send PM. Thanks again.

All right, let me put this in perspective for you: at any given time, I am actively reviewing 40+ threads. Out of the 40+ sellers whose threads I'm reviewing, at least 25 of those sellers queue jump in one manner or the other (usually via PM), a handful of those send in a support ticket which I also need to respond to, most of them rush me with a dozen messages after an hour to respond to their thread, and on occasion, we get threads like these which I also end up spending time writing up a response to.

You submitted it on Monday at 8 PM and I picked it up on Wednesday at 12 AM. Prior to me picking your thread up, nobody was reviewing your thread. 24 hours after you sent me proof that you owned the websites you're selling, you opened this thread up (by the way, I approved your thread a few hours ago).

Back in 2015, when your last thread was submitted, it took 3 days for someone to pick it up. Your review was completed in nearly 6 hours and you got a "thread approved" message that barely went over anything regarding your service. We just can't approve threads like that these days as there have been too many complaints from forum members who want to see more quality control in the marketplace, and I completely agree with them, hence why the review process is currently being re-worked.

However, even if I were to speed up the review process and not look into you to make sure you're not a previously banned member or that someone else isn't selling through a compromised account, someone will no doubt notice the rushed review and PM me about this, taking more of my time away from reviewing threads. In fact, just the other day, I got PMed by a potential buyer of a service on here who thought one of my reviews wasn't up to my usual standards and I had to type up 2,104 words worth of responses to address his concerns. Then I had to spend time re-reviewing the sales thread in question so that I can update my review to the more modern standards that are currently in place.
You only pay for marketplace threads if they're approved, and since there's no guarantee for an approval, expedited reviews just wouldn't work in the marketplace (among many other reasons).

I know sellers want to get their threads up and running as soon as possible, but considering I have to reject half of every thread I pick up because they either don't read the rules or falsely advertise their services (e.g., a "no footprints" PBN that used the same domain registrar and web host for every site, or a "native" content writer using Spinner Chief 6), I think more sellers should slow down for a minute rather than rush the review process.
You think that's long? Imagine waiting 6-14 months for USCIS to review a packet and get back to you regarding whether or not your wife can permanently reside in the country with you. That's 6-12 months in limbo and not knowing whether or not you'll be moving to another country out of necessity.
