Is there any way to rank quickly ( may be in a week) with medium competitive KW. No matter google ban my site. Just want to learn BH technique. Anyone help me about this ?

Take a look through the "My Journey" section of BHW there have been a few tests of using spam links, spam content to rank. You'll find guides and examples to follow. Although I do not think it will be that easy.

May be mass spam with tools like GSA.

Mass spam, the more backlinks you can get in a short amount of time the better.
