Is it possible/likely to rank #1 with a .co.cc domain? Considering my keyword has literally no top results with more than a few instances of the keyword in the content but 170,000 competing pages when I search for "my keyword"?

I've read elsewhere that the domain makes no difference, with blogspot blogs taking top positions sometimes..

I'm trying to decide whether or not to make a quick niche wp blog or just write one goarticle, this is to include in like 100+ sigs of forum accounts i made last night haha.

Do not waste your time with .co.cc or tk domains, just use 2.0 properties like wordpress.com (PR9).

I might just break down and buy a .com, i guess i used up my last free co.cc last week so it'd cost me 3 bucks anyways.
