I was thinking the samething , was bit complacent in putting the answer correctly to that very question and go rejected first time
But on second attempt i am now accepted (attached screenshot for proof )
Now coming back to your question " how do you promote it"
I answered with 2 Facebook page , one website ( make blogger will work also ) and one IG page that i own .
