Can an fully-iframed website rank well in google? Anyone with experiences?

I'm not sure about that, but people try placing AdSense on their site and show content of other sites using iFrames. That's a very risky thing. Often times, the webmasters of those sites will see the referring traffic on their Analytics program. They might report your site to Google, and your site might get sandboxed/banned.

Risky thing to try IMO.
