Quick question about reusing articles.

Hey guys

So I have 2 sites. One is over 18 months old and the other just under 10.
When I started the first, I had the intention of keeping it micro niche: 20-30 articles. Due it being successful and I've gained more experience I'd decided to cover the entire niche. However the domain is an EMD for the micro niche. I'd like to create an entire different domain for it and then post the old articles from that micro niche as well as adding new articles from other micro niches.

I've never done this before so I'm wondering if its "safe" to reuse these articles and what I would need to do. (Except removing them from the current site ofc).
Could i just simply remove the site from hosting and wait a while until all the links get de-indexed?

The second site is a similar situation expect I lost its ranks dude to competitor spamming links. Its fairly new and the .com EMD is available for it.


**I should also mention that these are well written which is the main reason I want to reuse.

If you mean having them in two places at the same time.
Well many here would tell you that is epic fail.
However, in practice I've seen it done many times with the exact same article ranking more than once. But not every time.

If you are going to value this new site - then I wouldn't do this. Stump up $100 and get 30 articles written at some place like Iwriter or wherever, or spend a day writing 30 yourself with a speech to text application and microphone (6 hours max for 30 articles this way - and that's taking twice as long as the "6 minute article")

But if you want to risk it - well sometimes it works. You could always use syndication (an attribution paragraph and a link back to the original) to be safe.

Like I say - some here will say this is epic fail - others might say it works all the time.
I take the middle ground and say - just be careful.

Okay so its fine to use these articles again once I've had them removed from the current websites and their links deindexed?
