Quick Question About HAF and WTB Sections

I have a quick question about using BHW sections

If I need to hire someone for a service or buy something in the future can I use both HAF and WTB sections depending on my needs?

Just want to make sure I am using the right section for the right purpose

The Want To Buy section is for if you're looking for 'things', e.g. accounts, backlinks, etc., (please make sure to check the Marketplace first).

The Hire a Freelancer section should be used if you're looking for a person/freelancer to provide a service.
